PLANTAR FASCIA 😑 is definitely a nightmare for most runners. To protect yourselves from this annoying, do more extra stretch exercises and foam rolling after running👌! Or another easier solution: use a Vulken Acusphere Vibrating Massage Ball to promote your recovery process💪!
“So since racing on Sunday I was walking a little funny (I say little, I couldn’t put any weight on my left foot as soon as I crossed the line! 🤦🏻♀️ I was really worried) but since then I’ve seemed to be getting better every day. A strained plantar fascia (but luckily only really small) so I have lots of extra exercises to do and lots of foam rolling! But I can do a little run today yesssss 🙌🏻
